Yummy Faux Roman Shades

There are so many things about these blinds. First, they look staight out of a PB catalog.  Secondly, they are not sewn closed, so you can still manipulate them.  Lastly, Brit from A Penny Saved shared this great tutorial on how to make these for practically NOTHING! Yeah!
