Guest Post: Royal Tea Towels from the Magic Bean

Boy, do I have a treat for you today! I Colleen, from the Magic Bean, is sharing a tutorial for the cu-utest tea towels... EVER!

Take it away, Colleen!

I have a problem.  My mum is really supportive.  I mean REALLY supportive.  She is one of my biggest cheerleaders.  And why is that a problem, you ask?  Well, everytime I make some wonderful handmade gift for her and think that I'd like to share it on my blog, The Magic Bean, so that my readers can make something for their supportive and amazing mothers, I can't.  Because my mum reads my blog.  Religiously.  So if I share a free tutorial for something that I've made for my mum POOF goes my surprise.

So for Mother's Day this year, I wanted to create something to show my mum how much I love her and appreciate her support.  I came up with these tea towels.

  1. What a great idea. My mom has a total fetish with the British royalty and she would love something like this.

  2. Valerie,
Thanks so much for sharing this tutorial on your blog. I am so chuffed. And how cool was it to see your featured post on Tatertots and Jello this morning. And to top it all off, a link back to this tutorial. Wow! Obviously I chose the right blog to be featured on. It's all happening at the Crafter's File Box.
